Oakley SunglassesOK I watch a lot of baseball. When I watch a game, the players use sunglasses, as they should. And the only brand name of sunglasses I ever hear them use is "Oakley." Eye damage is a potential big problem to ball players. That's because they are constantly looking up into the sun for fly balls hit their way. Also, often they would be bothered by glare. So if Oakleys are used so much by ball players (endorsed in a way by the teams), then they must excel at eye protection. But one thing I notice when I watch the players wearing Oakleys....they never use them! They mostly keep them on their caps, even when catching fly balls. And most of the players wear them, but not use them. So OK, then I ask this question...why should players wear sunglasses on their caps, if they don't intend to use them during the game? The answer I get is, because they look so cool. But I would assume Oakleys would protect their eyes splendidly and make them better ball players if they were used, but I guess players only like the coolness of them. Oakley sunglasses can be found all over the world. They offer prescription lenses, polarization, and impact protection. Oakley has also recently come out with attachments on their sunglasses, to use with electronic gadgets. So Oakley users can now connect to their cell phones, or listen to music players built right into the frames. Oakley features other wearing apparel such as clothing, footwear, watches, backpacks, even umbrellas.
